The Right to Remain Silent is a fast moving and thought provoking short drama that tells the story of a family from several points of view. After the main character is sent to prison, the film shows the effect on his girlfriend, mother and brothers who must all live with the shame and are serving the sentence too.
The lead character and his girlfriend are played by Cai O’Leary and Rachael Holoway while the excellent supporting cast includes Richard Graham (ID, Gangs of New York, Titanic, Lock, Stock the TV series), Marc Bannerman (Eastenders, I’m A Celebrity, Time Gentlemen Please) and Michelle Doherty who is well known from Irish television/radio and the film, What Richard Did.
