Conditions For Entry:
Films that have been a part of ÉCU’s Official Selection will be eligible to be on the site but we’ll take them down upon request.
Duration of time on Channel:
We will keep accepted films up on the channel for 12 months.
Other submitters:
Films must have been completed at least 2 years prior to submission. Films can only be accepted if no more than 50% of the funding came from a studio or broadcaster. Films should not contain explicit sex or violence.
Subtitling:
Films should have English language subtitles.
Screening formats:
Films that have been accepted have to be sent via Vimeo or an embedded code or a downloadable version should be provided in the highest quality possible.
Essential Requirements:
- Synopsis in English 300 words.
- A screenshot of the film.
- Directors name and country.
- We should also have a private link to the film for live viewing for submission judging purposes.
- Submissions requests should be e-mailed to submissionseuroifc@gmail.com with Subject line: New Submission.

This does not mean you get on to the site.

Promotion and Permissions:
Films on the channel will NOT be downloadable. Films will be taken off upon request.
Films submitted through embedded code submitter provides will benefit by viewers going to their account.
Distributors are continually at the site looking for acquisitions on this site and films on there are exposed to possible distribution.
Releases:
An all encompassing release must be signed scanned and returned to us. The submitter has all location, acting and distribution rights.
